Gig night runs monthly at the Old Chemist engaging young musicians from all over Southampton. SIOW Groove Bands, Groove Merchant and Groove Syndicate, feature in the lineup.

Rock bands Groove Merchant & Groove Syndicate will be performing at the Old Chemist in Bitterne Park, a gig night featuring local youth bands and teenage artists.

Southampton Youth Orchestra are proud to present a performance of Tolgsa Kashif's Queen Symphony at 7.30 on 15 July at the Southampton Guildhall. 

This exciting work is rarely performed so this is a great opportunity to hear it performed by some of Southampton's talented young musicians.  The three Groove's rocks bands will be setting the scene in the first half with a range of rock classics.

Please note there is a Theatre Levy of £1.75 on each ticket sold and a Booking Fee of 10% will be charged on bookings under £20.

Groove Merchant, Groove Syndicate and Groove Foundation will be performing at 'Rock The House' @ The Art House.

Watch some incredible young musicians represent their city and play a whole host of timeless rock and pop music from the likes of Fleetwood Mac, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Queen, Paramore, Green Day and many others.

The Groove Bands will be joined by the sharp rhymes and rhythms of FLOW - our under 16's rap workshop at MAST on Saturdays.

This promises to be an incredible evening of music so don't miss your chance to support Southampton's greatest young performers!

Southampton Music Hub is delighted to be able to provide a platform for all of the fantastically talented young musicians that are in our City in this Secondary Showcase Concert at MAST Mayflower Studios.

This evening performance will give each school an opportunity to perform, bringing a mixture of;  individual performers, ensembles, bands and vocalists covering a wide variety of genres alongside performances from community groups and musicians including the Music Hub Ensembles, Groove Merchant & Groove Syndicate.
